Despite many issues in design and several unforeseen delays, you took it all in stride and really delivered for us. Thank you for always going so far above and beyond for us. As a GC, it’s usually a battle to get our subs to do the bare minimum and you’ve really set yourselves apart from any other landscape company we’ve ever worked with. We really appreciate how prompt your team is and the attention to detail on every job. To have one sub cover the landscape, pool, irrigation, pavers, fencing, concrete, site furnishings, retaining walls, and artificial turf at our (hotel) project was a huge time-saver for us on the preconstruction side, and I know our PM appreciated you making his job so much easier. Full disclosure, you guys were out-of-towners, and I was not eager to work with you on this Walmart Supercenter project, as I had another landscape company that we thought was decent and I wasn’t happy about being forced to use your company. It was a lesson learned as you exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have been easier to work with. In 34 years of business, I’ve never seen a company work through the night voluntarily to keep us on schedule, but you did. How you laid over 3,000 ft of sleeving pipe in one night I’ll never know but I really appreciate what you did. I apologize for being so hard on your crew early on and not giving them a fair shake. - When it comes to commercial landscape development, COLIS is the best. Period. This is my 4th project with them, and I’m always extremely impressed with the professionalism, the communication, and the quality of work. Keep up the hard work!
